By requesting service from Plumbing & Heating LA, you agree to these terms and conditions.
We provide upfront, flat-rate pricing for most services. All prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
We stand behind our workmanship with a warranty on parts and labor. Warranty terms vary by service type and will be explained at the time of service.
Plumbing & Heating LA is fully licensed and insured. We are not responsible for damage to property that existed prior to our service or damage caused by factors beyond our control.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Emergency service cancellations may be subject to a fee.
